The cafe will have a barista serving coffee, hot chocolate and tea from morning tea to afternoon tea each day of the meeting. The cafe includes a barista, four tables and chairs, assorted ottomans and up to 300 coffees per day. Power will be available if the sponsor wants to provide a display screen.

This package is an opportunity for your company to host a breakfast session with a speaker of your choice. The sponsor is responsible for the speaker’s costs, catering costs and taking bookings. The committee will supply a room at the meeting venue and will promote the session with a description on the web site, in the meeting App and in the pocket program.

Delegates will be given an exhibition passport when registering and must visit all exhibitors, who will stamp their cards. Winners of the donated prizes and a free registration for the next conference will be drawn in the closing session from the completed passports. Winners must be present to win a prize. Passport prizes will be advertised on the website and in the exhibition passport.
